Jim McTaggart joined Williams Comfort Products in 2025 as President and General Manager, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in product manufacturing and sales. With a distinguished track record of leading business units over the past decade, Jim is committed to fostering team engagement, driving process improvement, expanding business growth, and consistently delivering on commitments to all stakeholders.

Ted Curtis is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Williams.
Eliseo Guajardo
Senior Vice President of Operations
Eliseo Guajardo joined Williams in the new role of Senior Vice President of Operations in early 2023. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and execution of operational excellence in manufacturing, automation and supply chain to enable growth while maximizing the company's financial goals.
Miriam Mendez
Human Resource Manager
Miriam joined Williams in 2020 where she is responsible for developing human resources policies and programs, including organizational planning, organizational development, employee training, succession planning, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, health and safety, workers compensation administration and employee services.
Michael Racioppi
Vice President of Finance
Michael Racioppi joined Williams Comfort Products in 2024 as Vice President of Finance, bringing more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting. He oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and plays a pivotal role in strategic planning to uphold the integrity of the company's financial practices.

Ted Marwitz, a Mechanical and Industrial Technology Engineer, joined Williams Comfort Products in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in engineering and computer systems leadership. He has a proven track record of driving growth by building and sustaining strong relationships with manufacturers' representatives, engineers, contractors, and developers.

District Sales Manager
Monte Kartchner has more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry across two countries and currently serves as District Sales Manager for Williams Comfort Products. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with manufacturers' representatives, mechanical contractors, and engineers, developing a deep understanding of HVAC system design and application.

Eastern Region Sales Manager
Dean Scheurich serves as Eastern Region Sales Manager, supporting the Williams Fan Coil commercial representative network. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, working closely with engineers, owners, and mechanical contractors to drive sales and deliver effective system solutions through independent representatives.
